Flagler County Central Permitting publishes a demolition checklist requiring a site plan or survey identifying existing structures. The permit must be closed through the applicable inspections. Incorporated parcels require a jurisdiction check because not every Flagler address uses the same building office.

A clean site for your next phase
We leave it real slick: scoped debris hauled away, an orderly site and the agreed finish grade. Residential house removal, clearing limits, stumps, backfill and grading are defined in writing. Required silt fence, tree protection and stabilized No. 4 stone entrances are identified in the proposal. We do not bury mixed demolition debris as backfill.

Need a structural pad or shell next? We can quote specified fill, spreading and grading, with project compaction and testing responsibilities defined. A smooth demolition finish alone is not an accepted structural pad.
