1. Walk the lot and define the finish
We identify what comes down, what stays, truck access and the next phase. Slabs, footings, buried improvements, stumps and finish elevations are addressed in the scope. We record exclusions instead of leaving the customer to discover them after the machine leaves.
2. Handle permits and releases
We coordinate the demolition application, owner authorization, utility documentation and required inspections. Environmental applicability and local tree or historic conditions are checked for the actual property. Work starts after the applicable approvals and releases are in place.
3. Protect the site before demolition
We establish required best management practices before disturbance. Silt fence, retained-tree protection and a stabilized entrance made with No. 4 stone are identified where appropriate to the approved detail. The proposal separates those costs while keeping required controls mandatory. We identify maintenance and responsibility through the handoff.
4. Demolish, separate and haul
We take down the scoped residential improvements and separate material streams where practical. Concrete, mixed debris and vegetation may have different disposal requirements and load limits. We use appropriate receiving facilities and keep disposal documentation relevant to the job. We do not bury mixed debris to make a lot appear clean.
5. Grade and close out
We complete the agreed cleanup, backfill and finish grading, arrange required final inspections and document the handoff. If fill quality, compaction or testing is part of a structural pad scope, those acceptance steps remain explicit. A slick finish should look good and make the next phase easier to understand.
