Foundations and slabs
We price the foundation shown on your plans. Monolithic slabs and stem-wall foundations have different phases, so the proposal identifies the geometry, concrete, reinforcing and placement scope rather than treating every foundation as the same job.

Concrete block and masonry
Masonry scope follows the approved plans and details. Wall runs, openings, lintels, reinforcing and grout are identified so the block phase connects clearly to the foundation below and framing above.

Framing and shell handoffs
The framing proposal identifies lumber, trusses, sheathing and connectors included in the package. Dry-in and weather-barrier responsibilities are confirmed in the written scope, including any work assigned to a separate trade.

Site work is a separate, clear scope
Need the existing house removed or the lot cleared first? We can price demolition, clearing and concrete flatwork alongside the shell. Fill, compaction testing, permits and utility coordination are assigned explicitly in the proposal.

Get a bid
Licensed and insured. We handle permit coordination for our contracted residential demolition work. Send the address and a few photos and you will get a written scope back with the price and the exclusions on it. If the date is the problem, say so up front. We will identify the permit, utility and scheduling steps that need attention.
